We are here to support, guide, and empower you through new beginnings, endings, and anything in-between.
Childhood is a crucial period of development where emotional, social, and cognitive growth play integral roles in shaping a child's future. We recognize the importance of addressing the challenges and joys unique to this age group, offering a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of each child.
Adolescents have unique challenges and needs during these formative years. They are changing both physically and emotionally. The goal of working with adolescents is to provide a safe and empathic space for teens to navigate these transformative experiences, and where they can explore their emotions, build coping skills, develop and maintain healthier relationships, and develop a greater understanding of themselves.
Counseling for adults at Orange Sky Counseling is a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment. Our counseling is a collaborative process where we are going to work together to explore your strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop coping strategies to help navigate life’s challenges. Our therapists work with a variety of life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, problems at home/work/school, difficulties with peer and intimate relationships, and maternal/paternal mental health.
Meet The Owner
Kelsey Romig, MS, LPC-S, PMH-C started her counseling career as an intern at Family and Children’s Services. After a few years as a school-based therapist, she was promoted to a Clinical Supervisor over the child and family clinic, where she served in that role for almost 3 years. Kelsey then joined a local private practice serving teens, families, and adults for two years until she decided to pursue her dream of owning her own practice and opened Orange Sky Counseling in February of 2023.
