Suzanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2013. Suzanne has experience treating children and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, and more. Suzanne strives to provide all clients with compassionate and personalized care in a comfortable and non-judgmental environment.
Adults
Suzanne has a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enjoys helping adults understand their current thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors. Suzanne uses a collaborative approach with clients to promote empowerment and growth. She aims to provide clients with tools to overcome their current obstacles, connect with others, and find inner peace. Suzanne is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and is well equipped to support those with prenatal or postpartum concerns.
Children
Suzanne has over seven years of experience working with children ages five to twelve in a primarily school-based setting. Suzanne aims to provide children with the opportunity to openly express their thoughts and feelings utilizing play-based and art-based techniques. Suzanne understands that family collaboration is a key component of child therapy and encourages caregivers to take an active role in their child's treatment.
